V-90 PVC generally refers to Electric Flexible Cord Cable with V90 Grade PVC insulation and jacket.
This cable is based on the Australian New Zealand Electric Flexible Cords AS/NZS 3191:2008 and AS/NZS 5000.1 standards.
It mainly contains:

Heavy Duty V90 cable is suitable for switchboards Control Panels where installation space is limited. It is also suitable for higher temperature areas (e.g. lighting systems) in industrial production facilities and residential buildings. However, it is not suitable for outdoor use.
